Renovation of residential treatment facility in Pickens, SC

Ard, Wood, Holcombe and Slate Architects & Planners of Greenville, SC was selected as the design firm for Hampton Avenue, LLC- Avolonia Campus in Pickens, SC. The 32,357 SF residential treatment facilities will have interior and exterior renovations. The renovations include: a central activity space, patient areas subdivided into five (5) pods for more personal care and observation, gymnasium divided into two (2) separate spaces, and public entry to administration area. Community friendly architectural elements will be added to the exterior public facade.
